Question 1

What does “invoice-ready” mean?

Accepted Answer

Invoice-ready means the delivered load has its core paperwork, the amount and load details are checked, and the supporting proof is together in one packet for your review before it goes to the broker or customer. It is a clear next step, not a promise that a broker will approve or pay an invoice.

Question 2

How do I capture detention or lumper evidence?

Accepted Answer

You can attach photos, receipts, signed notes, and other accessorial proof to the load record as you receive it. Morrowspoke keeps detention, lumper, layover, and similar evidence with the paperwork so it is visible when the invoice packet is reviewed.

Question 3

Who owns the broker relationship during the pilot?

Accepted Answer

You keep ownership of every broker and customer relationship. The pilot helps organize the paperwork and prepare follow-up; it does not replace your judgment, change your terms, or contact a broker without your review and direction.

Question 4

What does it cost during the pilot?

Accepted Answer

Pilot pricing is laid out on the pricing page. We want the first group to understand the cost before joining, and we will confirm the exact pilot scope and price with you before onboarding.

Question 5

What data does the system see?

Accepted Answer

The pilot uses the load details and paperwork you choose to provide, such as rate confirmations, bills of lading, proof of delivery, receipts, and broker notes. It is there to organize your load-to-paid workflow, not to browse unrelated files or take over your whole business record.

Question 6

How are broker emails and paperwork handled?

Accepted Answer

You decide what to forward or upload. Morrowspoke helps pull the useful load details from the material you provide, flags missing evidence, and prepares a packet or follow-up for your review. You remain the sender and final approver during the pilot.

Question 7

Is the pilot a fit for an owner-operator or dispatcher?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you are moving real loads and the work after delivery is getting squeezed between driving, dispatch, and collections. The pilot is designed for owner-operators, dispatchers, and small-carrier teams that need a dependable closeout process without hiring a full billing department.

Question 8

Does this replace my TMS or accounting system?

Accepted Answer

No. Morrowspoke focuses on the handoff after delivery: turning a load record and its evidence into a clean invoice packet and keeping payment follow-up visible. It is intended to work alongside the TMS, accounting tool, and broker portals you already use.
